Human Rights Management Charter

We respect the universal values and fundamental rights of humankind and seek to build an environment in which we can coexist with all stakeholders through sustainable management.

We therefore treat respect for human rights as a core element of our business, and we hereby adopt the Human Rights Management Charter as a code of conduct that every employee shall observe.

This Charter is grounded in the Constitution , international human-rights norms, and applicable laws and regulations both at home and abroad.

We pledge to faithfully observe and put this Charter into practice.

1. In all of our business activities, we protect human dignity and fundamental rights, thoroughly reject discrimination and inequality, and strive to build a fair and equal working environment.

2. We observe the Constitution and applicable domestic and international human-rights laws, and we continuously strengthen internal standards to protect the human rights of every employee and stakeholder.

3. We guarantee workers' rights, strictly prohibit forced labour and child labour, and provide a safe and healthy working environment.

4. We eliminate every form of discrimination based on gender, race, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation or any similar status, and we implement policies that promote diversity and inclusion.

5. We take rigorous preventive measures throughout all of our business activities to ensure that human-rights violations do not occur, and we take prompt remedial action when they do.

6. We run continuous training programmes for employees to raise awareness of and respect for human rights, and we embed the importance of human rights into our corporate culture.

7. We work with partners across our supply chain to spread the principles and values of human-rights management and to support partners in putting those principles into practice.

8. We disclose, in a transparent manner, the achievements and open challenges arising from our human-rights management practice, thereby earning stakeholder trust and fulfilling our social responsibility.
