UX/UI Designer

Minimum qualifications
- 3+ years designing digital products (web / mobile)
- Hands-on experience building or maintaining a design system in Figma
- Cases where user research drove UI decisions
- Shipped at least one feature end-to-end with engineering
- Business-level Korean or English
Preferred qualifications
- Experience designing B2B SaaS
- Micro-interaction and motion design taste
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS (to judge feasibility)
- Design tokens, light/dark mode operation
About the role
We're looking for a UX/UI designer to shape every screen of Conma AI and Marcomm AI. You'll own the details of tools people use every day, designing not just screens, but the workflows themselves.
Responsibilities
- Design user flows and information architecture for Conma / Marcomm AI
- Maintain and extend the design system
- Run user interviews and usability tests; translate findings into UI
- Own the full path to launch with PM and engineering
- Collaborate on landing pages and marketing assets
