Minimum qualifications
- 1+ years as a PM (startup or in-house, either fine)
- Hands-on user interviews
- Shipped at least one feature with engineering + design
- Defined a metric and read an experiment readout
- Business-level Korean or English
Preferred qualifications
- Used or built B2B SaaS / marketing tools
- Hands-on with analytics tools (GA / SQL)
- Built alignment by showing results, not specs
- Shipped an AI-powered feature
About the role
We're looking for a PM to own one area of Conma AI or Marcomm AI and run the full PM cycle. In a small team you'll talk to users yourself and decide what to build next quarter.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for one product area (e.g., Conma comment automation, Marcomm newsroom)
- Define next-quarter hypotheses from user interviews and data
- Plan and ship each quarter with engineering + design
- Track post-launch metrics and write the learning
- Set quarterly OKRs with the CEO
