Requisitos mínimos

3+ years designing digital products (web / mobile)
Hands-on experience building or maintaining a design system in Figma
Cases where user research drove UI decisions
Shipped at least one feature end-to-end with engineering
Business-level Korean or English

Cualificaciones preferentes

Experience designing B2B SaaS
Micro-interaction and motion design taste
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS (to judge feasibility)
Design tokens, light/dark mode operation

Sobre el puesto

We're looking for a UX/UI designer to shape every screen of Conma AI and Marcomm AI. You'll own the details of tools people use every day — designing not just screens, but the workflows themselves.

Responsabilidades

Design user flows and information architecture for Conma / Marcomm AI
Maintain and extend the design system
Run user interviews and usability tests; translate findings into UI
Own the full path to launch with PM and engineering
Collaborate on landing pages and marketing assets
